We had gone to Great Falls for the night when we experienced vehicle problems. As there were no mechanics open on the weekend, we booked at Extended Stay America through Hotwire for the duration of our stay. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. They gave us options for local restaurants, places to get our vehicle looked at, gave us extra bedding, and towels. When we arrived the rooms were very clean and housekeeping helped us when needed.

This hotel is one of the few hotels that I have ever said to stay away from. When we went to get into bed the 1st evening of our stay - pulled back the covers to find hair and dirt in our bed. YUCK!! Called down to get clean sheets - had to remake the bed ourselves - When we took the sheets off, the mattress pad was dirty, you could tell that it is not washed very often. The main focus of a hotel stay is a good night sleep - that should be the hotels main priority.

Both days of our stay the 2nd person to bath did not get hot water.

The room had a closet area to hang up coats and clothes but not a single hanger.

The whole hotel had a smell. Whatever chemicals they use to clean or deodorize are very overwhelming. It would be nice smell CLEAN, not chemicals.

As for the positives - great location and the room was spacious since it was an extended stay concept which is nice. But for the money - the LaQuinta next door or the Days Inn we have stayed at before are much better choices.

The hotel is an ok place to stay. The rooms need some updating. It had a bit of a weird smell. Thin walls made you hear everything going on in the halls, across the hall and outside. Close to the river and shopping access.

We booked on Hotwire so didn't know what we were getting. The room was fine, had a kitchenette which would have been a plus if we were staying more than one night. No breakfast provided though which is unusual for these cheap chain motels. Also have to pay for internet which is very unusual in this price bracket. Just average, could probably find better.
