“Great place to meet new friends”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

A great small bar in the middle of Emigrant with a lot of history! They have good food. Prices are low on drinks. We had a lot of fun listening to jukebox and playing pool.

“Authentic Montana!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2012

This place is great! As soon as you pull up to the front, you feel like you've been wisked away to the days of the old west. The atmosphere inside is old saloon meets small town dive. We went in for a greasy, high-fat breakfast and had just that. The chicken-fried steak, biscuits and omelets were all over-the-top and really hit the spot! The cook and bartender/waiter were nice as could be and our kids had fun trying to identify all the stuffed animal heads on the walls (both real and fake). Chico Lodge, down the road, was a great place to stay but Old Saloon is REAL America!
