My wife and I were intrigued to see a "bistro" in a small town practically in the middle of nowhere, so we gave it a try. It was lunchtime, and their lunch menu is typical fare - sandwiches, burgers, salads. We both had burgers, which were actually quite good, and the home-made french fries were great. Service wasn't overly attentive (only one server for the entire place, and there were two large groups in at the time), but reasonably friendly and no-nonsense. Reasonable value, and the quality of the food was much better than what we'd had in one of the restaurants in Yellowstone the day before. As for the Bistro name, the server mentioned that her husband (they own the place) is from France... and from a glance at their dinner menu, it looks more like bistro-style fare.
