Do not be fooled by the hype at their website.
This motel which purports to also be a RV Park is very poorly run and in desperate need of new management.
This review relates more to the RV sites "offered " by these charletans than to any motel rooms that they may or may not be able to provide.
heaven only knows that if the rooms at the motel were as poorly maintained as the RV sites then heaven help any poor travelers ensnared by this establishment.!
Not Only was our reservation thoroughly messed up and mishandled but we were forced to jump through hoops in order to get a refund of the money we paid.
When informed of the problems their incompetence caused with the original reservation They were extremely uncaring in their attitude towards us and unwilling to help or assist in any way. they apparently feel that once they have taken your money they can do as they like and you will have to search high and low for a worse form of so called customer service on the part of the management here.
Just a few of the problems were....
The original reservation was "lost"
Site assigned at first had No cable or water since the next site was hooked into it and the hotel was unwilling to put that matter right other than re-assign us to another site
This second one had no cable as advertised.
Sites are narrow, uneven, and as far as we could see very poorly maintained.
This was bad enough but then as if to add insult to injury the so called general manager insists that HR have to OK refunds.
beware before yo give your money to these people as they do not care about their guests.
