“Quiet motel with clean rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2011 via mobile

This clean, quiet, but plain motel was perfect for a short visit to Columbia Falls. Although it sits on Highway 2, we didn't notice road noise in our room. The room was spotless when we checked in and the daily cleaning was adequate to our needs. Furniture and furnishings are old but well maintained. Not fancy, but fine.

Had reservations there for several months. Arrived in late afternoon to find that the couple that had the room the night before went to the park and didn't come back yet. There were no more rooms available.
Well to be fair, they didn't require a deposit and I got busy and didn't confirm. It would of been nice for them to offer to call a similar hotel for us. We were sent up the road to Kalispell . They pointed out that there were big hotels there and we could probably find something . We did and it was fine, just not what we were looking forward to.
The property looked very nice.

Columbia Falls seemed a little expensive for their accommodation as we tried finding a night’s accommodation on the spot. We opted for the Glacier Inn Motel, which was equally as cheap as any other accommodation we found, and was nicely furbished, with a king size bed and a good sized tv. An enjoyable stay with friendly owners.

We loved our stay at the Glacier Inn Motel! The owner was wonderfully friendly and gave great advice on what to see and do around the area. The rooms were redone and were very comfortable with great mattresses. It's so nice to stay at a clean, family run motel. We will definately stay again when we are in the area!

It is a nice enough place and looks good on their website but we got stuck out back with nothing but bushes to look at. It is OK for a 1 night stay.
