“Return visit and not disappointed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012

Were here last year for a family wedding and this year, returned for a relaxing week to the same unit - a house. It is the best and great for entertaining if you are hosting a big group. There were 8 of us and one evening had nearly 20 for dinner. Not a problem - lots of deck space, a great iving room, dining room and kitchen (which is well equipped). The house looks out over the 7th hole.

Our family enjoyed the gym, tennis courts , pool and golf course . . . . along with the great restaurant We will be back!

Nice relaxing resort and golf course in Columbia Falls, MT. The golf course is in great shape and challenging. The condos are clean and the surrounding areas beautiful. Had a fantastic time and always enjoy our trips here.

We had the equivalent of a hotel room during our stay. Room was oddly shaped but sufficient. It lacked drawer space tho.
The resort seems to have different free events during the week. We partaked in the free hot dog/marshmallow cook out. You cook themself over an open fire while a gentleman and a lady do some storytelling and music playing. He Seemed a little too into it - but I suppose he should be if that is his job. There is a pool there for your use as well. We bought tv dinners at the nearby supermarket in lieu of eating out.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. All Meadow Lake staff were quite accommodating and responsive. This is a very nice property in a convenient location. Excellent golf course and restaurant. All a bit pricey but worth it !

We stayed at Meadow Lake the last 3 nights of a 7-day trip to the Glacier area. Having spent the previous 3 nights at more rustic accommodations inside the park, this was a real treat. We LOVED our condo -- we had unit 49 both A and B (upstairs and downstairs) in Nenastako Village for a group of 6. It was exceptionally nicely furnished, very clean, and super-quiet (never heard our neighbors). It looked out over the golf course with mature trees and nice landscaping around the condo itself.

Activities in the resort include an indoor and outdoor pool (lots of small kids in outdoor pool -- we didn't use that one), a fitness center (heard that was nice but didn't have occasion to use it), a game room in the main lodge that appeared to be new and was very popular with my young adult kids, golf (lovely course but we're not golfers), tennis (free rackets and balls available to borrow), a sand volleyball court, etc. The restaurant, Truby's, is excellent, and we ate there all 3 nights. A grocery store is only about a mile away if you want to stock up for your own meals.

Meadow Lake is ideally situated for exploring the Kalispell-Whitefish-Flathead Valley. We spent a day doing the zip line and alpine slide at Whitefish Mountain, and also kayaked on Whiteflsh Lake. You're very close to the airport, too. Meadow Lake is maybe 20-30 minutes from the west entrance of Glacier, so it's convenient to the western side of the park; however, I wouldn't stay here if you want to take a leisurely trip with hikes on the Going-to-the-Sun road unless you want a REALLY long day.

Just FYI the water slide and putt-putt place that's a few miles down the road from Meadow Lake is pretty rundown and full of mosquitoes. Not worth the trip there! But all the other activities that we did, we loved.

I would absolutely stay in this resort again. We debated this one vs. staying in Whitefish and are very glad we chose Meadow Lake. The Whitefish hotels seemed busy and are right on a highly trafficked road; Meadow Lake is serene and quiet (don't be put off by the entrance road, which passes a trailer park and a factory — you don't hear or see any of that once you're at the resort!).

We stayed here for three nights in a two bedroom- mezzanine condo overlooking the golf course. The condo was lovely - spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The pool area was great, and the adults only spa was a brilliant idea - very restful.
I would thoroughly recommend this resort.

We stayed here in a one-bdrm condo as a timeshare exchange in late June. The accomodations were well maintained and very clean. Evenings were sooo peacefully quiet. All staff were super courteous. All dinners at Truby's on-site were excellent! The view from our rooms/balcony was out over the 14th fairway and very beautiful. We were just 20 minutes from the West Glacier Park entrance. A 24-hr supermarket is just 2 miles away. All in all, a perfect location that we would return to and would recommend to others.

Room Tip: Condo Bldg 12 at end of street is very quiet & has private pool/hot tub and overlooks the 14th f...
