A truly unique bed and breakfast. We found nothing that could have been improved upon unless perhaps prepaid postage on the rating card to the B&B association so we didn't lose it before we gave it top ratings! Have sampled many B&B properties in the U.S. and New Zealand and this rates as one of the best.

“A fantastic place to stay”

We recently stayed at this B & B with friends for one night on the way to Yellowstone - WOW. What a place, in all respects. The building itself is an architectural wonder piece, based on the Wind in the Willows theme. The hosts are extremely friendly and the breakfast marvellous. I cannot fault this place and would go out of my way to stay again.

I have to say that I was impressed the moment we pulled into the driveway. The home has a beautiful setting and when you walk in the door it soothes and relaxes. Glen & Jane made us feel as if we were royalty, offering us champagne when we told them it was our anniversary. They made excellent suggestions for our dinner meal, and made the arrangements for us. Then when we wanted to go dancing, they called around to find the best place. The other guests were having just as wonderful a time as we were. Our room (Mole) was wonderful. I loved the look so much I want to try to duplicate it in my own home, and the comfortable bed was a dream! In the morning, they brought us scones and coffee to wake us up. Then there was the breakfast! All I can say was INCREDUALBE. We were served omelets better than I have ever had. Even the toast was amazing. We have already recommended this B&B and will continue to.

We recently returned from a terrific visit to Montana, and we started our adventure at Toad Hall Manor in Butte. It is a lovely, very elegant bed and breakfast. Although we cut our stay short, our host and hostess were extremely gracious, wished us the best, and even provided us with a pamphlet of other bed and breakfasts throughout the state. I would highly recommend this B&B if you are interested in outstanding breakfasts, extrememly comfortable bedding, and a beautiful setting!

Stayed 2 nts. with Glenn & Jane (alias Toad & Lily) on our way to Glacier Nat. Park & absolutely hated to leave! Our Capt. Ratty's Retreat room was magnificent as well as the rest of the 11,000 sq. ft. manor. The food, service, & charm of our hosts cannot be topped. Would definetly recommend you stay at this B&B! From T&D of Chicago
