“Great room, terrific breakfast.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2011

This was a great B&B. Our room was very nice and breakfast was terrific. We highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Bozeman. We thought the price was a bit high but it was comparable to other places we stayed in on this trip.

My husband, our two sons and two of their friends recently stayed at this lovely B & B. We were in the main house, and the others were in the Garden House. Chris and Jon made all of us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and shared their knowledge of the Bozeman area and Yellowstone, the next stop on our trip.

The Lehrkind Mansion is one of a kind in all the best ways. It offered us a chance to experience grand living and expert hospitality in a neighborhood that connected us to all the modern amenities and attractions of Bozeman, a pretty and active college town. The rooms at the Mansion are large and comfortable, and the communal sitting rooms and dining area feature elements of local history and antiques that complement the setting. The owners are committed to making every guest's stay a memorable one, including cooked-from-scratch breakfasts and customized tourism recommendations.

I would certainly return, happily.

Room Tip: The Audubon and Muir Rooms in the main house are the largest; the Garden House is also very attracti...

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a well kept gem with nice antiques. Chris was very hospitable and the breakfast was wonderful. It was convenient for our stay in Bozeman as we were in the area that day and had some things to do in the area the next day.

Room Tip: Guest house may be more private than main house

Chris and Jon were great hosts, the house is scrumptious, and breakfasts were superb. I had business in town, and was well-rested and ready to go . Rather than choosing a hotel for business travel, I think this is a much better choice - closer to Old town Bozeman than most of the business hotels, walking distance from great restaurants and shipping. And of course, the house itself is gorgeous and beautifully furnished.

This is a fantastic home just 7 blocks away from main street. It's packed with period-appropriate antiques and is probably the only place you'll ever stay that has a 7 foot tall 19th century music box. Chris and Jon are great hosts and the breakfast was superb!

Excellent B&B, close to the cute shops in downtown Bozeman. The rooms are filled with beautiful antiques, but without being fussy. The bed was firm and warm. Chris and John are thoughtful hosts happy to share tips on where to eat, what to do in Yellowstone, etc. We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Lehrkind Mansion. The room was beautiful, breakfast was excellent each morning and Chris and Jon are very gracious hosts. Only wish we could have seen it in the Spring or Summer with everything in bloom.
