The co-op food is all self-serve and the hot food is kept warm by a hot water bath. As far as this style of food goes, this is about as good as it gets. It is relatively pricey and you pay by weight (I assume and hope that the weight of bowl is deducted a pre-set amount). If you have an appetite, you will get more food for your dollar elsewhere, but if you're looking for something different, international, vegetarian or vegan this is probably the place. And after you have eaten, you can buy cake, cookies or drinks to take home.
