“Great way to spend an afternoon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

Wide variety of shops and eateries along a street of varied, restored older buildings. Very little fake old-timey Western silliness. Surrounded by beautiful mountain area.

“A Laid Back, Artsy Town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

Bozeman is a very relaxed, somewhat upscale Western town with a thriving art scene about 90 minutes from the northern gateway to Yellowstone. It's well worth spending a couple of days here on your way there.

“Great western town with a cool flare”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

Bozeman has a great downtown area. Awesome upscale clothing and gift shops and restaurants with a few local gems thrown in. Art galleries, decorator boutiques with great finds. It's fun to walk around and then go grab a drink and a bite to eat.

“Pleasant stroll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

Had a nice stroll through downtown Bozeman. Blue Bird skies in early March, fresh air smell, encountered several friendly faces and smiles. Funky little boutiques where locals displayed their talents. Clothing, perfume, jewlery, hats, purses, home decor....all artsy! A few of the clothing stores were a bit over priced, I was actually shocked considering Bozeman is a college town. Damsalfly is a new boutique to Bozeman, classy with some new European brands. Roots was funky, a large selection of styles and colors but overall pretty expensive....$98 for a T-Shirt??? Really? Sugar was cute....although the young gal behind the counter wasn't friendly or helpful at all. She was actually a bit snotty. Cosmica was by far the most unique store downtown. Colorful patterns, purses from Mexico, belts from Argentina....the owner was a really nice lady. I will visit the store again!

“Worth a stroll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

Many restaurants and unique shops line the streets in this old but well kept downtown area. Spend and hour or two here just browsing the offerings.
