Hello Ricky, We apologize for not meeting your expectations during a recent stay. We have strict regimens for cleaning carpets and laundering bedspreads. Our property is not brand new but we're in the remodeling process and make every effort to rise well above 'run down and filthy'. Our Superstart breakfast is Super 8 standardized but we apologize if you didn't find sufficient variety. Thank you for staying with us. - General Manager

Hello Wayne, We apologize for anything which may have suggested to you that our hotel is a dump. We agree that some of our carpeting is old and in fact we are currently remodeling that aspect, room by room. We employ in house and professional carpet cleaners to keep them sanitary and clean. Our breakfast selection meets Super 8 standards but we regret that you found it unacceptable. Thank you for staying with us. - General Manager
