We stayed at his hotel with my grandaughters and daughter. The intent of the trip was to go swimming in the pool. In the dead of winter in Montana this is quite a treat. Besides paying $110 for the room for one night, they wanted $3.00 each for the kids (or adults) to go down the slide. My daughter objected when the hotel employee approached her to pay for the children. Another woman there with children objected as well. They both went out to the front desk to voice their displeasure and the clerk let it go, not charging the $3.00. The rooms have not been updated in years and the carpeting is worn and dirty looking. It is hard to tell if the room is clean when it is so worn out. Not a good deal for our family.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Upon checking in and paying for the room, my debit card was charged a total of 1220$!!!! It was an "error" according to the front desk manager who DID NOT try to compensate us for our trouble at all! We checked in on a Friday night and Monday was a holiday, so our banks were closed and i had NO WAY to get my money back!! Here it is Tuesday morning, my account is NOW OVERDRAWN!!! And we were STILL CHARGED for the night we stayed! The front desk manager had the nerve to tell us that if we did not find another room in town, we could come back and stay for 59$ rather than the full price of 88$..NO WAY!!! The lack of customer service in this place is absolutely astonishing..After speaking with my bank, and NOW having to wait for it to post back into our account which could take a few days..having overdraft charges accrue (which they WILL be paying!!) i asked for a corporate number. I was very unsatisfied with the way this was dealt with, i felt justified in going above the front desk managers head..she tells me that she is as far as i can go, there is no corporate manager and the GENERAL manager is hospitalized currently. OMG!!! The short story here is this..DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Keep going..there are several other places in town that are way more updated and I am hoping can be more accommodating when the employee makes a mistake of this caliber!! ONE mistake is now costing me money!! This basically ruined our weekend, and is now spilling over into the week, as i am going to have to figure out how to live without any money until they put it back!!! To say that we were UNSATISFIED..will not even touch how i really feel about this place!

This hotel is really in need of an upgrade. The rooms are old and outdated. No Breakfeast. Staff is hit or miss. I've stayed here quite a bit because my company contracts here, but I've actually taken it upon myself to try to find another hotel that my company will contract with because I don't like staying here. The walls are thin, so you can hear whats going on around you. Some of the curtains are ripped, and fixed with duct tape so light gets in. Beds are so so, really depends on which room you get. You can get food at the place in the lobby, but I wouldn't recommend it as its not very good, and expensive. On the plus side there is an Airport shuttle, and the rates are pretty good for Billings. If you can find something around the same price range, I would say stay there instead.

Front desk provided good service and that's about the end of the story...CAVEAT EMPTOR...Amenities need a serious update . Bar and restaurant are in need of a modernized 21st Century theme. Facility in close proximity to Billings's
