My husband and I stayed here on January 15, 2013. We flew in from Seattle and arrived in Billings after midnight. I reserved our room on-line for around 130.00 including the stay and eat package which included 2 meals at Stella's restaurant located in the parking lot.

I have to say the airport shuttle gentleman was amazing. We had rented a car but due to our plane being delayed, the car company was closed. No worries, I dialed #3 from the airport and we waited for our luggage. The driverd up in a matter of a few minutes, before our bags had arrived. It was really cold and I was relieved to have a warm SUV to take us to the hotel. On our way, I asked if the driver could stop at a gas station so I could get some soda and snacks (expecting our first baby this summer and I was starving) he happily obliged.

Check in was fast, we were given a piece of paper with about 6 menu items for breakfast the next day at Stella's. Our room was warm. I was a little surprised that all the rooms face outside, meaning there is no hallway. In the morning, when people start their cars, it seems really loud. The cars are literally 5 feet from your door.

The room was nice, small but perfectly clean. The bed was wonderful, nice flat screen tv, included a fridge.

Stella's restaurant was AMAZING! I have never ate at a better breakfast restaurant. I was a little surprised with the limited menu included with the stay and eat package (no substituions are allowed) but added bacon to my meal. We ended up eating there before flying back to Seattle a few days later, it was that good.

All in all, a pretty good hotel. I would advise against getting the Stay and Eat package because the prices are so good at Stella's you really didn't save money and had to choose from a very limited mini menu.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night on a road trip from Washington to Colorado with our 45lb Briard pup. We were so pleased to find the rooms clean, modern and comfortable, and the hotel with it's very own little yard for doggie friends to do their business. The staff was wonderful in welcoming us, and our pup (even included a cute little welcome bag with treats, poopy bags and a note on doggie etiquette) and our room was right off of the doggie yard for easy access to the bathroom for our guy. The pet fee was $20 per night.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again! A few things to note - no continental breakfast, but a great breakfast place associated with the hotel on the same block (Stella's) and no fitness center that we could find. The rooms open to the outside (i.e. no hallways) but that didn't seem to affect the temperature of the room or create any noise issues. We are in our late 20s with no kids, but I'm sure this would be a great place for families as well.

Comfortable beds. Very clean room. Great restaurant for breakfast (Stella's). We should , however, have called to clarify pet fees prior to booking, as the fee is actually $20 per pet per day, not $20 per day for up to two pets. Pet Policy on the Best Western booking website is a bit misleading. It indicates: "Pets allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with a 80 pound weight limit. Pet rate is $20.00 per day with a $100 per week maximum." Despite being charged more than expected, we were grateful to find a nice hotel that allows pets.

Great new beds and pillows. Our only complaint was our room was very chilly (set to 55) when we arrived and it took several hours to warm up. Very nice decor. No continental breakfast but a great family run breakfast spot on the property with tasy food. Overall great hotel and would stay here again.
