“Dirty w/ a side of terrible service!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2012 via mobile

We held our daughter's birthday party here and NEVER will spend another penny in this establishment. We had a reservation but there was no where to have the party. We had to get and use a dirty table from a party that was ending.

Most of the games either didn't work or didn't have tickets. We had quite a few disappointed kiddos on our hands. The floor was sticky to walk on in numerous spots & the garbages were overflowing for the better part of the 3 hours we were there. I was unable to clean up our pizza plates to make room for cake plates because the garbages were so full. The bathrooms were also very dirty & out of supplies. Overall the place was very dirty and disgusting. There were 3 kids working and none of them seemed to know what they were doing nor were they too interested in customer service.

Don't bother to ask for John he doesn't care about you or your unsatisfactory experience. All he cares about is getting your money. When I approached him with my concerns, he gave every excuse in the book and offered an empty, meaningless apology. Not one time did he offer something to make up for the horrible experience; not even some tokens or tickets to make up for the games that didn't work. There was "nothing he could do"...don't waste your breath on him. Save yourself the trouble and just don't go to Geyser Park!

Yes, I remember the day. School had started that week, lost over half the staff to going back to school. Yes, the place does get dirty by late afternoon with parties, but we try our best to clean ASAP. As for me not caring, I have been here for all seventeen years, hired over 300 first time employees, supported each school request for donations. It's rewarding and trying as most jobs out there are. I thank the public for pointing out our shortcomings, if we do not know what we are doing wrong then we cannot correct them. I thank everyone for their input. John

“park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2012

It is hard to imagine what the frontier people thought when they saw this. You have to take your kids to see this. It gets your imaginations going and I am sure would make history more interesting for anyone if they could experience these sites

“Kid Friendly place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012

The tunnels were free, which was great since we were looking for a place to burn off some energy. The video games were in decent shape, however several were out of order. The air hockey game was a joke...no air.

“Lots of fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2012

We went for go-karts and laser tag - $6/person for each activity - and our kids (ages 12-4) had a great time - it was just what we were looking for. Go-karts were popular but the lines moved quickly thanks to plenty of cars. The facility is nice and clean. Staff was courteous and did a nice job of running things smoothly and insuring rules are followed. Indoor soft play structure provided an hour of fun for my three youngest kids while we waited for our laser tag time (and it's free, something we haven't always found at similar places in other states - thank you Geyser!). If you plan on doing a variety of things at Geyser Park, I would suggest putting your name down for a time to do laser tag when you arrive, just incase there is a wait. We've done laser tag in four states and this place met our expectation. Nice equipment and a good course - multilevel with lots of hiding spots. Thank you!

“TOO Expensive!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

Too expensive, not enough for young ones to do and staff are all young distracted kids! Spent $40 for an hour. Mini golf is fun.
