“out of our way, but glad i made the drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

Booked the room in Km arch for our July trip. Our plans changed, but we drove out of our way because of the reservation. Glad we did. The room is spacious and clean. The staff as helpful. Even visited the Boot hill Cemetery after dinner. Nice experience over all. Glad we stayed.

Stayed here because all the Marriotts were booked. Rank #1 on trip advisor but definitely not a 5 star. Carpets need cleaning. Location is industrial area. Coffee was good. Price was $130 for my husband and I.

Pros: This place is so relaxing compared to our night before adventure...excellent all around! Jeremy our desk attendee was so polite, til the long blonde hair lady tried to help our small group...she wasn't very nice by being so serious. Listening and learning social skills would be a plus. Extra roomy with sofa and computer desk. WIFI kicked butt! Could download photos to my pc in no time. Comfy bed, extra towels on shelf, nice complimentary samples. Had small pool and 2 hot tubs, have to go desk for towels. Cool kites decor on ceiling to cut down echo noise and had handicap pool chair as well. Hubby drove close by for drinks and snacks (available at the desk too). Hot Breakfast buffet (biscuit & gravy, scrambled eggs, French toast logs, cereal, juice, etc.). Luggage rack on wheels were available. Elevator near desk area.

Cons: Small breakfast area but guests were nice to share tables. Wish knew about historical Boot Hill sooner, we would have visited. Didn't see it til leaving, bummer! Saw industrial area but it's farther away, so not bad.

Our family booked several rooms at Boothill Inn at the time of a wedding and Family Reunion. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs, from table games for the children to hiking suggestions for the adults. The location right next to historic Boothill Cemetery and the walking trails in the hills provided opportunities for different groups to exercise in the "Old West" atmosphere. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service - and the quiet, comfy rooms! Thank you for a memorable reunion location!

We were passing thru Billings and spent one night at this wonderful hotel. I am very glad we read the other reviews when making our decision. The staff was excellent and the room was perfect. We had a king bed, a sofa, and a refrigerator. The room was very clean and big. There was a bathtub, which I like. The bed was extremely comfortable and had nice pillows, what a treat! The soap and shampoo were also luxurious.

Virginia was wonderful on the phone when we called from the car about 40 miles from the hotel to book the room. After arriving, we asked her for suggestions for dinner. She said they had a free shuttle to downtown and recommended Walkers Grill (there were others, but they were closed on Sunday). We went to Walkers Grill and were very impressed with the decor and the food. It was excellent. I had the Crunchy Shrimp Salad and my husband had the Cannelloni (the Cannelloni was very rich, but had so many fresh tasty ingredients). They have interesting cocktails, mine had raspberries and ginger. The shuttle was great, as we could be chauffeured and enjoy cocktails after driving 400 miles that day.

The breakfast was very good. The area is small and can get crowded.

This deserved its #1 rating!!

Stayed for one night. This hotel was very clean and the front end service was very friendly and helpful. It is a little out of the way for shopping but it was still a good stay. The cookies in the evening were a nice touch and the free continental breakfast is a great way to start your day.

I was drawn by the high ratings and found they are quite correct. The front staff was outstanding, the lobby area very pleasant. The only gripe I would have is he small breakfast area. Twice I went to breakfast and the tables and the bar was occupied. The shuttle to and from the airport is very efficient and pleasant. It seems the entire staff enjoy their jobs. Great place to stay. I will stay here again.

Hello AZB - thank you for the kind words. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. I am also very happy to tell you that we are expanding our breakfast area! We agree completely, our breakfast area is too small. As such, we are tearing out the wall between the breakfast area and our meeting room. Our meeting room will then become our breakfast area with room for 10 more tables, a fireplace, and a door out onto a beautiful new patio area so our guests can enjoy their morning coffee outside. While we don't have an exact start date yet, we anticipate this will be completed by mid-August. Yay!
