“Don't miss the walking path to the overlook”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2011

Stayed here July 2010. Great value. Front desk very friendly and helpful. The breakfast a bit better than most. The indoor pool is small, but the kids had fun. The Chinese restaurant next door is mediocre at best.
Don't miss the walking path up the hill to the overlook. Great view of Billings. The path splits and continues.

My friend booked me into the Boothill Inn, and it was a fantastic hotel. Huge comfortable room, large comfortable bed, clean and tidy, good bathroom. Breakfast was good, and staff friendly. I didnt use any of the facilities but I am booking back into the hotel for another night before I fly out of Billings, so hope to make the most that is on offer. Can not fault this hotel!

Stayed here on a Thursday and have to agree with many reviewers that the bed was more comfortable than average. That is the PRO list in its entirety. The rest of the hotels "features" land squarely on the CON list. The location is very convenient (< 3 minutes) to the airport and downtown but is at an intersection that is heavily traveled by trucks and motorcycles and was VERY noisy. There is one slow elevator serving four floors. The furnishings in the room were dated and of low quality. I usually stay on the other side of town and will continue to do so on future trips.

I wanted to just send a quick note to thank you for taking the time to write this review. Obviously, we regret that you did not find the Boothill Inn up to your standards. However, it is comments such as this that make us better. I am happy to report that we are in the process of picking out and purchasing new furniture and draperies for all of our guestrooms. We anticipate the project completed by Fall. So again, thank you. Hopefully toward the end of the year you would allow us a most valuable second chance.

We just checked out after a weeks stay for business in the area. From the managment to housekeeping to the lady that puts out the hot cookies and ice cold milk daily, a truly pleasant stay. Clean, nice laundry area, fitness room and indoor pool and jacuzzi! We will be back next year!

Overall, this hotel was a good choice. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of ammenities. We enjoyed the fresh cookies and milk when we arrived as well as the great selection at breakfast the next morning. However, we didn't find the front desk staff very friendly, nor helpful. We had troubles with the shuttle service coming from the airport, they weren't very clear with the instructions and we ended up waiting over 45 mintues to be picked up, kind of sad when it's the closet hotel to the airport. For this being our first stay, we thought they could have been more acommodating and informative. We would likely stay here again, but hesitate when it comes to the service.

Hello BobbieSueGirl. Thank you for taking the time to post thoughts on Trip Advisor about your recent stay at the Boothill Inn. We appreciate the nice comments, but are concerned that the service you received was not up to our usual standards. I have shared your comments with the staff and emphasized the need to provide prompt service with clear instructions. Thank you. Shelli Mann, General Manager

A bit of a drive off of the highway which isa bit of a pain during "rush" hour traffic. Located at the intersection of two heavily traveled streets and near the airport, there was little discernible noise at night. Friendly staff. Hotel is well maintained. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was much better than average. Would stay again .

From the moment I stepped through the door, I LOVED this hotel! The lobby is very welcoming and inviting, and the staff make you feel right at home. Every single member of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The furnishing are modern, and we appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. We cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. The pool and hot tub were great! The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious! We were also impressed with the fact that you can get coffee, tea, cocoa, apple juice, orange juice, and lemonade any time of day. Fresh baked cookies are also served from 6 pm- 10pm; needless to say, our family loved it! There is a computer and printer in the lobby that was very convenient. We couldn't ask for more, and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We highly recommend the Boothill Inn & Suites!!!!
