During our two-month stay in Livingston, we took advantage of the Sunday brunch at the Grand Hotel. For only $12.55, the all-you-can-eat fest is a bargain. The choices are not overwhelming. They always serve their signature scrambled eggs, which are wonderful. There is sausage or bacon, a casserole, such as lasagne. Then, roast beef or another more luncheon item, such as chicken Kiev. Plenty of bread and sweet rolls plus a block of soft creamery butter. They always have delicious beets, potato salad, fresh fruit, deviled eggs, pasta/fresh greens salad, tossed salad. Bite sized desserts are large enough to share; small enough to eat more than one. Any beverage you could want. The quaint bar is in another room. Service is exceptional. The hotel itself is worth the visit. Be sure to make a reservation.
