I am soooo sorry to say but the sushi was unbelievably disappointing this evening (Mar 28, 2012). We own a home in the area; we've been there many times; and the fish wasn't fresh. Each time we go, we sooo hope the owner chef and Chris the waiter might recognize us (we've been there 8 times since opening?) and provide us a warm welcome, but it just doesn't happen. The miso soup and speciality drink were delivered late, and the edamame was dried out and overcooked. We have given this restaurant so many chances, and while some nights, the fish quality is GREAT and overcomes all other issues; others, it is not. Its inconsistent and after leaving so much fresh fish behind when we left this evening, no one asked us if there was a problem???! I LOVE sushi and I LOVE local Big Sky restaurants, but the feedback must be given. Disappointing :(
