“How do they do it?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

For $89 a night, you get a great room, free beverages and food in the evening, free breakfast, a pool and exercise room. Minus out dinner and breakfast, you have a room for about $50 a night. There is not a better deal out there. Support Drury Inns!

Room Tip: Ask for upper floor.

“Most accomodating and fun staff ever!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012 via mobile

We stayed at this hotel 4 days and it seemed like the same 3-5 people were around and friendly the whole time. Jess checked us in and later came up & checked our a/c within seconds of calling down. It was nice to see a familiar face already. We had driven about 10 hours and arrived right around kick back time...perfect!! No deciding where to eat & the kids loved the free pop all night...I loved the 3 free drinks and free popcorn for a snack later in the night. The bartender kid was very professional and later that night when my daughter plugged up the toilet (totally her fault) it was the bartender...again a familiar face up to our room within minutes. My mom was having trouble sitting in the chair and ottoman that was in her room and noticed that I had a reclining Lazyboy chair. On a whim she called the office and sure enough they sent a strong man up to switch out the chairs...no hassle, no attitude...it was done no problem. The next night we were chit chatting with a few of the "younger" staff members...in quotes because Chad thought he was sooo much younger than us but we wanted to know where they hang out for fun. He agreed that Helen Fitzgerald's just a few miles down was a good choice. They had bands and djs and was a great night. The next morning Chad's smiling face greeted us and he was excited to hear how our night went. He also offered to help me later that night ordering my kids Jimmy John's because he was afraid they were about to close. The food was food...nothing great but nothing too terrible. Lots to choose from but nothing I'd want to eat every day. For free breakfast and dinner you can't go wrong. To top it off my dad left his computer charger in the room. When he called, they offered to ship it to us. What I couldn't believe was that this staff worked so hard as a team and made everything seem effortless. We never got any negative feedback from the staff even after bugging them for 4 days for toothpaste, towels,band-aids. Even the cleaning staff asked us if we wanted service one morning and I said no. She wouldn't accept no for an answer. She said at least let me come in and get your trash and towels. So I let her in and she grabbed the trash & towels and handed me a stack of fresh towels and toilet paper. A hotel room is a hotel room but you can't put a price on this friendly & happy staff. They seem truly genuine and I will actually miss seeing them every day.

“Great for big familes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

The hotel is great place to stay if have a big family, the rooms are not that big but you will saving money on going out eat for breakfest and dinner. very clean! I love that they have more than one person working and walking around make sure everything was ok!. I love how they had a swimming pool outside and indide thats great for kids! The only thing I didnt like in the laundry room they only had one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. They made me sign a no party policy if there is more than one person of your family checking in you coudlnt stay up in the lobby chat!

“Very accommodating”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated to our needs. We were a church group of 18 kids and 7 adults. The free dinner and breakfast was a plus for us allowing us to check in and not have to leave to find somewhere to take kids to eat and wait to be served before traveling to our the SuperStart conference. The manager helped arrange for our kids to swim at another Drury Inn closer to the conference to help save on our limited time schedule. The rooms nice and clean upon arrival.
