“Folks are Buzzing about the BUZZ Cafe... .. .”

If you are near Sturgeon, MO. on Hwy 22 and want a great meal served in a true mom n' pop diner then the BUZZ Café downtown Sturgeon is the place for you. The husband is the chef and the wife does the waitressing and cashiering... We often make the 30 mile trip for a special treat.

The offerings are endless and the chalk board will have todays specials listed.
In my opinion, the Show-Me states best breaded pork Tenderloin is served at the Buzz.

Save room for a piece of home made pie...

Closed Sunday & Monday...

See ya down the road... .. .O o-

“One of the best of its kind!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

The Buzz Cafe on the main drag in Sturgeon opened in 2000. My biggest complaint is that it took me 13 years to learn about it. It is a classic small town cafe with the most extensive menu I've seen in one for 20 years.

In addition to the burgers and hot dog-type, there were at least 21 sandwiches listed, and that count doesn't include the "deli" selections.

Dinner selections were typical, but more than usual variety. There is a nice selection of full meal salads.
The Mexican section is made up of a variety of burritos. There is a full page of pizza offerings with this notice: If the tempreature outside is 90 degrees or higher we will not turn on the oven!

And the desserts...well, the day we were there for lunch (fried chicken special was $7.95) the pies were chocolate, coconut and gooseberry--and the gooseberry was almost as good as my mother-in-laws (hers was a 25 on a scale of 10).

They also have malts and shakes.

The owners, Bruce and Stacy, are chef and waitress. They're closed on Sunday and Monday.
