“clean and quiet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2014

Very clean room and even though we were close to the lobby it was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Bed was fine. If you do decide to go to lamberts to eat be aware they only take cash so we walked out.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2014 via mobile

We stayed here one night while visiting the area. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical for this chain. All breakfast items were well stocked. Only issue with the hotel is very poor water pressure. Thus 4 stars instead of 5.

We had to go to Illinois and found this hotel in route after 12 hours of driving. The rate was reasonable. The night auditor J. Withe was very nice and friendly. The check in and out was accurate and fast. She assisted us with an easier way to where we had to go, the gps was sending us on back roads. The room was a nice sizzle, the bed comfortable.

Room Tip: We stayed in 301 and it was by the elevator and we couldn't hear anything.

We stayed here on our way home from iowa. I was a bit nervous with the reviews from october, but didn't encounter anything those reviews stated.

The guy at the front counter was very nice and greated me each time I walked by the front desk.

The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath was fine too. We used the pool and spa and it was great!

The Hotel was clean. Great breakfast. Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. The hallways were quiet even though the hotel seemed to be very busy. Recommend the ground floor.

We were visiting family in the area and would stay here again.

I haven't been real pleased lately with Comfort Inns but this was a nice one. Had a very nice flat screen TV on a swivel so you could view it from anywhere in the room with a nice selection of channels. The king size room had a lot of space to move around in without bumping into everything. There was no noise from the hallway and the motel was full so I know I wasn't the only one on that floor. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice large countertop with enough room for all my "stuff". My only complaint would be the lighting was poor throughout the room. I had all the lights turned on and it was still dim in the room.

I travel frequently and normally have no issues wih comfort inn and suites. This place was nasty. I could not wait to check out. There was mold and mildew on ceiling in my room, mildew on shower head, peeling paint in bathroom, someone elses drinks left in the frig. The couch in my room had a dozen or more stains and was no nasty looking I would not sit on it or put my luggage on it. The
Trash cans were overflowing in lobby restroom. Help nowhere to be found at breakfast. guests complained at breakfast they failed to get their wake up call and now they are out of coffee!. I called to request a late checkout and they would not answer the phone. Front desk was argumentative. Never again!!!!!

Room Tip: Don't check in!
