This restaurant does not honor the discounts they advertise. We eat breakfast there often and they have a cheaper menu, that is one reason we like it. They also spread around discount coupons, % off of a meal. But to get that discount you have to order from t he regular, higher-priced menu. Pretty much a wash. But the worst representation of Country Kitchen was on Veteran's Day this month. Driving down the street they advertised Veterans would eat for 50% off. We went in for breakfast. The cheaper breakfast menu was not available on a holiday or special days. to order from the regular menu was several dollars more than the usual cheaper breakfast menu. So to get the 50% off the veteran had to pay more for the meal anyway, kinda overuled any savings. The waitresses are nice, food is just common, we don't have much in the way of breakfast spots here. But we will not go back now after they ripped off the vets!
