“Nice place to stay downtown”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2011

We were in St. Louis for the World Series and stayed here. The other Drury Inn closer to Busch stadium was $40 more per night so it was worth it to stay a little farther away. We did ask for an outside room so we wouldn't be bothered by any noise in the atrium as the inside rooms open up to the pool/eating area.

Parking was great as there wasn't an additional charge here and hotel was right next to Edward Jones dome and within walking distance of the Arch and Busch stadium.

Stayed one night at the Drury Convention Center. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room (including the bathroom) was a good size and clean. They offer snacks and beer/drinks in the evening and a breakfast in the morning. The food was just alright, but it was free so...I had a breakfast meeting so I didn't experience a Drury breakfast. I will be traveling to St. Louis again and would definitely stay at this hotel.

Excellent location, especially if you're in town for a Rams' game. Room was a little bit dated, but still clean overall. We were there on a busy weekend, with the football game and the World Series parade, but front desk and breakfast/evening service didn't seem to miss a beat. The room also was surprisingly quiet considering there were so many other guests. The only (minor) issue I had was with the minimal amount of on-street parking available for check-in, which meant I had to circle the block a couple of times.

Room Tip: Loved the breakfast/happy hour/pool/atrium set-up, but be sure to ask for an exterior room if you do...

Held a multi-day conference here. The service and staff were wonderful. Very attentive and professional. Free Parking was provided for all conference attendees which is important in the downtown area.

Our very pleasant stay here started off on a great foot with great dinner recommendations and area FYI's from the gracious and efficient front desk attendant and went up from there. "Happy hour" was very handy and tied us over as we strolled over to the Arch and Expansion Museum to catch the sunset. The room was very comfortable and the wierd buzzing coming thru the HVAC in the bathroom was masked when the door was closed. Bed was great and the room clean. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and got us on our way in good order.

Thanks, Drury! The possibility of staying here has us looking forward to the next time we're in the area.

Wife and I stayed here during a last minute trip to STL for the World Series. This hotel is awesome. The staff was great. We showed up a couple hours early just to check the place out, and they let us check in early! I wasn't expecting that, nor did I ask for it. This hotel is a bargain for downtown. I felt safe walking from the hotel to the stadium. Free parking. Free (hot) breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Finally the manager's reception with several free beverages was a nice touch. Lots of families there. Clean, reasonably modern room. Quiet. When I see the Cardinals play I'm staying here every time.
