This hotel smells musty, is loud, the beds are concave, and is poorly managed. We had mold in the corners of our shower and the corners of the windows. In addition, there is little to no noise buffer between the hallway and our room. There were two beds in our room. One was totally concave and the other one was heading there. Most uncomfortable things I have attempted to sleep on in years. We ended up putting the bedding on the floor and sleeping on the floor.
In addition, there was a fire which triggered the sprinklers to totally soak multiple rooms. The front desk staff did not force people to evacuated teh building during the fire, keep them away from the cascading water from the 5th floor down to the 2nd floor atrium, no bother to get staff in to clean up the water on the atrium level until early the next morning.
There are many wonderful hotel choices in downtown St. Louis. My recommendation is you consider selecting an alternative hotel for your stay. I know I will!
