Airport Shuttle - Driver was rude and unfriendly.

Checkin - Quick.

Room - Housekeeping hadn't removed the styrofoam cooler with leftover beer and water. Coffee creamer was ancient. Did not provide sugar and creamer for the second night. Furniture is old and with lots of scratches. Bathroom door cannot be locked.

Room Service - Very Expensive. Dinner entrees - $20+. In addition they charge 18% gratuity and $2.50 delivery charge.

Food - Bland, tasteless, large portions.

Restaurant - Went to restaurant 7 PM and requested a table for two. Told us to wait for a few minutes and then informed us that they are closed for the day.

Business Center - Could not use the computers to print boarding passes from delta since Adobe Flash Player wasn't installed. Guests cannot install software.

Checkout - TV checkout did not work. Phone checkout was quick.

Shuttle to Airport - Since there were a lot of people waiting, a second shuttle was provided.

Location - close to Airport and Hertz, Avis and Budget car rentals. Very few nearby restaurants.

Parking - $10 per night.

I really like staying at the Hilton airport in saint louis as the staff is always friendly and go out of their way to help me. I had a small issue in my room and they went way above the call when the housekeeper left me a free movie coupon when I had a small problem with the room. I am amazed by the lobby renovation as well as I have stayed there multiple times in the past and have seen the transformation. I stay there often and just recently started filling out trip advisor reviews as I read some of the other ones and did not feel that they portrayed the hotel correctly. This is an under rated hotel as it is first class.

I usually let my boss pick the hotel we stay at since he is the boss but I booked the rooms at the Hilton after some good comments from my co workers and I made the right decision. A cheerful welcome at the front door and a quick hassle free check in and wow what a great lobby and bar. The rooms look like they were updated in the last year and were very comfortable and well appointed. Great stay and I recommend it to anyone staying near the airport. I did walk around that night and saw some nice meeting rooms being setup- I am looking into booking a meeting for next month as well. A very nice hotel.

Attended a conferance only and had lunch in the restaurant. The menu was full of popular choices and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The food was excellent with good presentation, fresh ingredients and huge portions. A very good value.
