On arrival, there was only one associate behind the desk on a Monday evening. It took over 30mins. to check in. (Hilton Honors line was ignored) Bathroom was very dirty with black greasy handprints on the door. Hallway noise was horrible, due to doors not sealed well. Key cards required several attempts to get them to work. This caused major backups trying to get in the parking lot. (Key required) When I inquired about the issue at the fron desk, the answer was:"It is a problem with this hotel". Internet cost $9.95/day, even for Honors members. They put me on the "Hilton Honors Floor", this room had no frig or microwave. The beds have not been upgraded to the Hilton standard found at all other hotels. The TV's are antique and lost signal often with clear weather outside. Elevator carpet hasn't been vacuumed in months or maybe more. Parking lot lighting is poor. Some lights were going off and then back on creating unsafe dark spots. There is a concierge floor, I could not access it. (key required on elevator) There is a Hampton up the road within sight: $60 less a night, free internet, free parking, frig and microwaves in all rooms. I will stay there next time.
