The staff at i fratellini lost the reservation that was made for an executive and a client. When the business was called and a manager was reached she was extremely rude, and said that they "never mess up" and that she was wasting time on the phone when she could be getting a table. She also informed me that she is the owner and even though I was able to give her the date and time when I placed the reservation she would not be looking back to see who took it. It seems that they are not very interested in taking accountability or earning repeat business. Bad service is inexcusable in the restaurant industry, and if they are going to charge excessive prices for mediocre food it would be great if they apologized for their mistakes. We will not be making any more reservations at this restaurant. There are too many better options in the Clayton area.
