Like the Deep Dish Chicago Style. You can take a piece of pie and use it to break a car window...never did that by the way!!
Takes a little long to get your pie...about one hour. Worth it in the end. Small local "hole in the wall" bar, so dress to player shuffle board.
Well first this isn't your typcial STL pizza and that's just fine with me cause I'm from back east and our pizza has a thick crust. Black Thorn custom makes each pizza and each one has tons of toppings, trust me 1 piece is about all you can eat. Be prepared to wait a long time for your pizza so call your order in ahead of time of sip a few beers from their great selection while playing a few arcade games. It's a "bar" type atmosphere and can get a bit noisy at times but hey, you gotta do what you gotta due to eat some great non typical STL pizza!!! Excellent!
These guys do thick crust Chicago style pizza nearly as good as they do it in Chicago. This is the second best place to get Pizza in the city. Plus the dive bar atmosphere is great for Shuffle board & beers while you wait for your pizza!
You only need one slice to be pizza satisfied. The thickness and composition are great,
The pizza here is excellent. It is best to call ahead since there is only one small oven and mainly a dive bar. The pizza sauce is a bit spicy which separates it from the rest.
