Everything was great. The staff was extremely friendly. My only negative is the lack of a mini-fridge. We had leftovers from a great pizza place, they had to be thrown away.
The room was big and quiet. The hotel is only 2 streets away from a Metrolink stop.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Omni Majestic in St. Louis. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to work from my room with free wi-fi access. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor and a small exercise room, but not much else to this hotel.

The hotel is in a landmark historic building, conveniently located in downtown St. Louis. I was in town for business, but the hotel is within easy walking distance for tourists going to a Rams or Cardinals game or the Arch. There is also a courtesy car available to drive guests during the daytime. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in St. Louis for business or pleasure.

I stayed at the Omni Majestic Hotel in St Louis for 5 days in February 2008. This is my 5th time staying at the Omni for business trips. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. The beds are very soft and their turn down service is excellent. I would recommend joining the Omni club (free) as you receive morning drinks and a newspaper delivered to your room. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They even provided us transportation (pickup and drop off) to nearby restaurants. The morning breakfast no longer includes omelets as it is now offered to all guests, but there are plenty of rolls, fruit, cold cereals and coffee. The restaurant food is ok, but the classic bar is a fun place to hang out. If you like attentive service and boutique hotel charm, you cannot loose at the Omni.

This was one of the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The main reason is the staff. The room was wonderful and big and comfortable. We had to switch rooms because of an issue with the toilet and we got an even better room. The front desk is very unique and warm. I like the individualized attention you receive sitting at the little desk. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was like staying with family. We got some great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious and included made to order omelets. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Is it really that important if the bathroom is a little small? The room was spotless and the maid and maintenance staff were very friendly. I love the ambiance and the location of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. Oh, just one suggestion, I think that 10:00 is a little early on the weekend to close the bar. We came back from dinner and wanted a quick nightcap the one night and were told they were just closing.
