depending on which end you are on, it is better than poor. but parking is still an issue. theft is still an issue. need more pet poop areas and better parking locations and maybe close off some streets on weekends for more pedestrian walking. too many cars and people make for a disaster.
My friends and I always have fun in CWE whether going to movies, bar hopping, eating brunch, or people watching. Lots of good restaurants and bars to choose from here.
Not only does this place have great restaurants and shops but homes in the area are beautiful. This is a great location if you're in the STL.
It has been a great place to visit for over twenty years, and it's still going strong. Great music, trendy restaurants, stately mansions and a fun atmosphere make this a great place to park and just tour on foot.
I lived there for 20 years. Just a very cool place with all of the shops and restaurants. Great architecture. Walk anywhere.
