The staff seemed nice, but this hotel was full of people you wouldn't expect to run into at a supposeldy 3.5-4 star hotel. I guess the casino next door attracts some interesting people. The room was fine, although the furniture in the suite had some stains and was kind of gross. The lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't work, the remote to the tv in the suite didn't work, and the safe was locked and couldn't be opened. I am a pretty easy going traveler, and it doesn't take much to make me happy, I just don't understand how the travel site i booked my car and hotel through had this as a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 3 star at best, and I would probably try to stay somewhere else next time. Pretty good value though overall, it used to be an Embassy Suites and I remember staying there about 20 years ago as a kid, it was much newer and cleaner then.
