“Hotel Staff Amazing!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Our visit was part of the World Championship Robotics Tournament in St. Louis with max capacity in the entire city. This hotel was amazing to all 40 of us, including 30 high school boys who could be a little needy at times. The staff went above and beyond for each guest in our group for each and every circumstance that came up during our 5 day stay. The staff including the front desk, bar/restaurant, maintenance, front door guys, Tesla drivers and management were absolutely terrific. A shout out to the following members of the staff who were truly exceptional: Jason, Bobby, Anne, Matt, Bryan, Khristian (Bartender) and all the breakfast staff, especially the lady with the accent. I tried to get each and every persons name that helped me out, so forgive me if I missed you. You all made our trip even better by staying at your hotel. Thanks Khristian (bartender) for making the trip memorable for my group of senior boys because of you and your little extras!!!! Thank you so very much and look forward a return visit. Lisa Wellen

What a wonderfully renovated, classy hotel. The photos of Carey Grant on the walls of the lounge are befitting; one can imagine a wealthy crooner passing time at the bar. The rooms are spacious and I liked the fact that the living room area is separated by the sleeping area by French Doors. Staff are friendly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Wealthy crooners? Now, I have to say we've not heard that one before, but as you said, very "befitting"! Thanks so much for this. We hope we made Cary Grant proud!

See you next time.

We booked this as a last minute hotel only booking the night before. We were not disappointed, the hotel had only been opened for 30 days but everything ran like clockwork. The greeting at reception was one of the best we have encountered, the gentleman who checked us into our room was so enthusiastic and friendly with a great sense of humour (something that has been lacking in check in throughout our Journey from Los Angeles) if only this could be bottled..............

Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable we were practically the last to arrive at breakfast. Breakfast was a free continental breakfast which was ample for our needs and served in the bar, the bar also has a free happy hour each evening which serves beer and a choice of wine in a very relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel has valet parking which is €28 per night, there is no mention of the price anywhere on the website, this should be addressed by the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the magnolia Saint Louis and wished we could have stayed longer.

Like a diamond in the rough, don't you think? We loved reading your thoughts and thank you from our entire team. We'll also get to work today on getting the valet pricing more visible - great suggestion. Come visit all our hotels on your journey - we have this bottled up enthusiasm across our company!

Thanks again.
Travel safe.

The Magnolia is a hidden gem! The beauty and posh of a 20's hotel with the modern sophistication any seasoned traveler would enjoy. The bar is fabulous, the food is great, the staff is stellar. Very personalized and welcome feeling compared to the large chain hotels at very good competitive pricing. Need a ride close by? Ride in their Tesla for free! Great location! Great for a weekend getaway with the spouse for good for business travel.

Stayed in the magnificent Magnolia hotel in April, by far the best hotel in saint Louis. Amazed by service provided in the bar. Christopher is truley a master of his craft! He was able to create a craft cocktail for me each night. I loved iT! Robies is a hidden gem located inside of the hotel. You can tell there is a true sincerity of passion for all things service based. I cannot say enough about this place and how pleased I was. He took the time to explain to me how he has studied styles of drink and how they have been manipulated over the past years and how he even produces a superior ice cube. This guy is no joke behind the bar! Thank you saint Louis!

Wow, we're stunned. Not by the comments about Chris, but how generous you are with your words. We'll print this gem out and hand it to him. He's our mixologist and we love him.

Thanks for the rave review.

This is an absolutely fabulous update of a building on the national historic register. Every detail is gorgeous. My new husband and I stayed here on our wedding night and loved it. The room was clean and attractive, the bed was more comfortable than our bed at home, and the service was outstanding. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast, delcious food, polite and prompt service.

This hotel is beautiful and quaint. The interior design is very well done, adding new and updated accents while keeping it's original charm. Employees are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is thorough. Easy walking distance to Busch Stadium and the Arch. The only disappointment is since it's in the middle of downtown there's not much opportunity to get a view from your room. However, I think some of their suites may offer this. The continental breakfast and free cookies were a great bonus. Who doesn't love free cookies?!
