Amazing hotel. Clean rooms. I stayed for a night. Everything was perfect. Especially the breakfast buffet. Server Yavuz was a very smiling and patient guy. He refilled my coffee many times. Thanks to everyone who make me feel special :)

This hotel might be dollar for dollar the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I could not believe my eyes. This is a top notch hotel with clean, modern, and spacious rooms. The lobby is pretty with lot of options for food including Ruth's Chris, Starbucks and an awesome sportsbar. Busch staduim is less than two blocks away. The arch is literallu right outside ans can be seen from certain rooms. The Mississippi is right outside. The staff are all friendly and happy with that midwesr hospitality. We will still here without a doubt if we travel back to St Louis

I stayed at the Hyatt in St louis during a roadtrip from Northern Wisconsin to New Orleans and was blown away by the service. The young lady at the check-in counter, Krystle, was awesome. She really set the tone for my entire stay. Monique at checkout was really great too. Charging for parking and internet was a disapointment, but the smiling faces all over the hotel made me feel a little better about it. I hope to be back and next time I'll be sure to check out the Arches.

It is a wonderful hotel with fantastic location and amazing view across the street. It is very close to the Edward Jones Dome where we watch a football game. We love the room because it is conclusive for a good night sleep after a long tiring day and the bed and pillows was so comfy. We will definitely return to this perfectly-located hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Clean, friendly, great views of the arch, and great location to everything. Valet parking was very helpful. Parked the car and didn't move it again until we left.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 8th floor with an arch view. Great room with a view on two sides.

2 colleagues and I stayed for one night at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it's right next to the Arch and very close to a highway entrance yet we didn't feel as if we were in an overly active area. The hotel is large with lots of business travelers. The rooms were ample, well appointed and they were very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint about my room was that there was a slightly musty odor but I turned on the fan in the room and the odor went away.

We had lunch at the hotel and the food was excellent and the service was attentive and quick. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - there was plenty to choose from.

Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. We all agreed that we would stay there the next time we are in town.

This is our second stay at this Hyatt, both due to a deal through the price discount site. We weren't able to get an arch view this time, but that's not unexpected on our rate...but we were bumped to an oversized room with a city view. It was huge and had separate vanity areas and bathroom - the bathroom alone was the size of some other hotel rooms. Our kids loved sitting on the window ledge and looking out at the city. There was some street noise, but I think the darkening curtains blocked most of the noise for us at night. We were unable to get a bell cart - seems those are really only for the full-price paying customers & those paying for bell hops, so it was a pain to make several trips in with kids. Last year I paid for on-site parking, but now as it's all valet-only, we used the parking lot down the street. It was cheaper and I felt safe enough with my husband along, but I would not attempt this with just me and the kids. It's a pain, especially as it was raining much of the time. The pan-handler problem has gotten ridiculous - you can't step foot outside of the hotel without at least one or two people approaching you for money. I was disappointed in the housekeeping service this time. While all hotels seem to be making cost-cutting approaches deemed as "being green," it specifically said that if you wanted your sheets changed, to contact housekeeping. We did this, only because one of our children had an accident. We were their for hospital appointments/testing and had a long day away. We got back late only to find that the room had not been serviced. so we had to call housekeeping to come late and bring sheets. Since my son needed a daily medical procedure done, I had to do the sheets myself as he needed his privacy and didn't need housekeeping about the room. For what we paid for the room, it was still a good deal, but I definitely felt the Price*line treatment this time.

Room Tip: If you can get a partial arch view room, they're amazing, but the city view is great, too. You m...
