This is another gem of St. Louis. Besides the beautiful landscaped gardens, they also have special festivities here that have become extremely popular---such as the free music in the park WEd.s during the summer, the annual Japanese Festival on Labor Day, the Chinese Festival of lights in the summer, the Orchid show in Jan-March, the train exhibit in Dec. and much much more! Outside the park is made up of several sections---rose gardens, the Climatron, the Temperate House, Chinese Garden, Boxwood Garden, Italian garden, woodland gardens, test gardens, huge Japanese garden. There's even a children's garden and a maze of bushes so the whole family can enjoy this place! Great place for family photos!
