My husband and I stopped in last night (May 1, 2013) to enjoy a beer or two on the open patio. While there was a happy hour crowd we did get a table in the courtyard. But sadly that was the only positive experience we received from LLYWLY'S PUB. Once we were sat, we were given menus and then ignored. A numerous amount of wait staff were working but NONE of them stopped to asked if we had been helped. After about 10 minutes and no one stopping by the table we stopped one of the young waitresses to ask if there was anyone working our table. She said she would get someone. She took about 10 steps and talked to another waitress who put her off. After a few more minutes and still no one stopping by our table or even making eye contact with us we got up and left. Don't know what the problem was as there were plenty of staff who had time to aimlessly walk by with empty hands, one male staffer was busy checking his messages on his phone, three standing by the door talking to each other and others just milling around. Too bad LLYWELY as we took our business to MAGPIE, RT WEILER'S AND TAILHEAD BREWING COMPANY that evening who was happy to see us and showed us some of the finest hospitality St. Charles has to offer.
