“Sue is superb!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2007

I cannot say enough good things about the Inn at Harbour Ridge. This past stay was our second and we're already trying to figure out when we'll be able to make it back. The inn is beautiful, incredibly clean
and well-maintained. Each room has a theme, special touches and its own private hot tub! The innkeeper, Sue, is fantastic. She makes you feel as pampered as a five-star resort, yet manages to keep things so casual and laidback. The breakfasts are incredible and every room in the inn has something special to offer. They have literally thought of EVERYTHING. We kept marveling at all the attention to detail in this place. I guarantee you will not have a bad experience at this place.

We wanted to celebrate our 36th anniversary at a bed and breakfast instead of a huge hotel. We both work hard and it's hard to find time to get away. When we do, we want to be pampered! The Inn at Harbour Ridge was just what the doctor ordered. The room was charming, with too many little "touches" to mention. (For example: there was a reversible throw on our bed with a silky side and a fluffy side. Great for cuddling! Also, a romantic game to play by candlelight! And two robes in the closet.)

When it came time to figure out how to spend our days, Sue had just the right amount of input. (She also loaned me a ballcap, since I forgot to bring one.)

If there was a highlight, it had to be the breakfasts. (I nearly asked for the recipes, but then my husband would expect the same thing at home!) There were three courses one morning!

We definitely plan to go back. The sooner the better.

This was an amazing place to spend two days! The entire house was clean and full of wonderful amenities. The hostess has done a great job decorating each and every room.

The bedroom I stayed in was large enough to comfortably accomodate the plush king size bed and fireplace. Outside on the private patio was a jacuzzi that helped dissolve all the built up stress caused by everyday life.

The morning coffee tray - that was brought to the room - was filled with suprising little extras to enjoy with the coffee. This was the beginning of a fabulous breakfast the hostess created. Each breakfast included an exquisite fruit appetizer and a mouth-watering entree. There was so much food and it was so good, I felt bad not finishing all of it!

Any time I will be near Osage Beach, I will ONLY stay at this Inn. There is no other place I would want to stay!

We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and wanted a private adults-only setting with a hot tub attached to the room. We were thrilled with the hospitality of Sue and Ron and most impressed with the charm of the inn itself. This woman missed her calling and should have been a restauranteur! She can cook!!!

Even though it may be disconcerting to some that there is not a view of the water, every nearby entertainment spot does, and this actually gives you a reason to get out and explore! We were not the least disappointed by this. It was also very close to the outlet mall, which is a big draw at Osage Beach, and to lots of great "watering holes" and fine dining establishments. We don't think that you can miss with this one!
