There are only two hotels I've not stayed at in Nevada (Ramsey's Motel and Country Inn - because neither accept pets). 71 Motel has the best rate, offers the best value, and has the best location, plus there is a nice place next to them to walk the dogs. It is a basic old-school motel on the outside, but inside it offers nice amenities such as a large LCD TV with full cable (5 HBOs), mid-sized fridge, and microwave. There is a desk, two chairs, good air conditioning, and a good sized bathroom with an exhaust fan. It is run by a friendly family. The rooms are very quiet. It was full when we stayed there, but we didn't hear anything other than an occasional door open or close. There are two convenience stores within 50 yards, and one, Cash and Dash, has the best pizza in town. If you join the Magnuson Hotel Rewards program (free), you get a big discount (I think it was 20%). This is for sure a better option than the Super 8 or Best Value Inn, which are OK places to stay, but are noisier, not as clean, and don't offer the friendly service of the family who runs the 71 Motel. I recommend that you give it a try to compare it to the others. Oh, and the free wi-fi works great in the room.
