“Found a gem….”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

My family and I were looking for a last minute get away for 4th of July weekend. We came across Lighthouse Lodge and called. Spoke to Bobbie and Roger and they happened to have a cabin available. We were there from Thursday through Monday and we didn't want to leave. The owners are more than helpful, they make you feel like family!
Property: Could not have asked for better. For the price this is a major gem! We stayed in cabin #10 which is a 2 bed 2 bath. Deck is awesome and had a grill and the kitchen had everything we needed. While the reviews are correct when it comes to the age of the property (they are a bit older) you don't really mind it because the place is so spotless. Seriously, clean!! That was helpful for me with a 3 year old who is always on the floor. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was cool with the window units. We have zero complaints!
In front of our cabin was a huge grass/tree common ground. This too is awesome. It's true the view is of a marina but we could see the lake water and it still "felt" like we were at the lake..even if it wasn't a full lake view. No worries there for us either!
If you need anything the owners have it! Trust me!
Directly behind the condo (by the parking lot) is the covered picnic area with smokers and picnic tables and a fire pit! Roger made a fire every night which was fun! Next to that is an awesome play area for the kids. Coopers Cabin was a big hit and we even got to meet the famous Cooper :)
The steps from the playground lead to the pool and hot tub area. Both are clean and well maintained. The pool goes up to 9ft and there is a slide! Lots of chairs and tables. The pool was never full and everyone picked up after themselves, which was nice!

A very short walk down the road leads you to the boat slip that has a bench and ladder that you can swim right off the dock! So nice! The water temps were in the low 80's while we were there and felt great! We rented a pontoon from Roger and we had it all day. He suggested we come and go with it as we please and we did, which was helpful with a toddler. So much fun!

Finally, the WIFI for us was great in cabin 10! Super fast and had zero issues.

There are plenty of sites to see around table rock and branson area.

I really can't wait to book this for next year! Book early, I'm sure they fill up fast! They were at max capacity on 4th of July weekend and you would not have known it, plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded!
Thanks Roger and Bobbie!

Room Tip: you can't go wrong coming here. Don't expect the Westin and you won't be disappointed.

Roger is a great guy as owner of the Lighthouse Lodge. He gave us wonderful tips on where to fish on the waters of Tablerock Lake near Kimberling City. It is close to Branson (about 15 miles) for shopping and nice restaurants. The cabin #14 was very clean but older. It could use some new couches. They were not comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having access to a covered slip for our bass boat. There were two window ac units. One of the bedrooms was not very cool becasue there was no direct air in there. We used a small fan to get the air into it. We would stay here again if the weather was not too hot.

Room Tip: Go for #15 or 16. They are newer and much nicer that 14.

We just got back from another wonderful Memorial Day weekend! My family and our friends had a wonderful time thanks to the Selvey's hospitality. This is a great resort for a small family vacation or a big group of friends. There are cabins of many different sizes and lots of room to hang out. The set up of the dock is great and the location on the lake is perfect. Lighthouse Lodge is the perfect way to spend quality time on a beautiful lake!

Roger is just about the best resort owner I have ever dealt with. He is attentive to the needs of his guests and is always friendly. The cabin we stayed in was clean, everything worked, and was very comfortable. Check in/out was quick and easy and there were no surprises on the bill. I highly recommend Lighthouse Lodge!

Our family has stayed at the Lighthouse for the past 10 years or so, and we have had nothing but great experiences. The cabins are well kept and clean with great views of the lake from the decks. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Roger and Bobbie. They treat you like family, and will do anything in their power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is located right there on the property. Nice sized pool, hot tub, playground for the kids, and a nice communal fire each night, and you're only a few minutes from the grocery store and several local restaurants.

We're there for the boating, and the Lighthouse is located just one cove E. of the bridge and the all of the amentities at the Port of Kimberling. You have a gas dock and store (What's Up Dock) a good restaurant (Coyote Dockside), and boat and PWC rentals and sales (TableRock Boats) just around the corner. The Lighthouse has great covered slips and their own ramp, and from their location mid-lake, you can see the entire lake with ease. Can't wait to get back there!!!

We have spent our family vacation at The Lighthouse for the past several years
and we love it. We have
gone down twice a year for the
last 3 years and have stayed in two different cabins depending on how many people are in our group. The cabins are clean, well-equipped and comfortable with decks and a nice view of the lake. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and there are many other ammenities such as a fire pit, playground, horseshoes, game room and dock. We appreciate the nice dock and covered boat slips in a quiet cove. Roger and Bobbie always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is wonderful. Whether we need ice or guidance on where to go for a car repair while we are there, they are always willing to help. We love The Lighthouse and highly recommend it. This is the perfect place for a family vacation or a quiet get-away on beautiful Table Rock Lake.

We have been traveling to Table Rock Lake since 1980. For at least 10consecutive years, our family meets at Lighthouse Lodge for a full week of fun activities. Whether we are playing/fishing from the dock or taking out our boat from our slip, or enjoying picnics by the fire, or sunning poolside, we all agree that each year we make priceless memories. Roger is the perfect host, and always has suggestions or ideas to make our time even more memorable. With the wi-fi, even the most hard-core workaholic of our group feels right at home with her laptop. It's only a short drive to the Branson strip, excellent food, great shopping and Silver Dollar City, so there is never an end to the activities available. It's traditional now to pose for photos with Roger acting as photographer so we can all be included.

Room Tip: The larger units closer to the dock are perfect for large family groups and access to the dock and l...
