“Very clean”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2013

The unit was very clean, the staff were all very friendly, I hate staying at a place who has not updated to WIFI availability in the units, you have to go to the activities center to use WIFI, There is no washer or dryer in the units, you have to go to the activities center to use their laundry room, the fees are reasonable, it is just so much nicer to have the washer/dryer in your unit so you can do laundry when you want to do it, not when they are open. The pools were closed even though it was almost 80 degrees all week, other resorts in the area still have their pools open. The grounds are very nice, NOT handicap accessible lots of steep hills and stairs, very little parking that helps when you are loading or unloading. The jetted tub in our unit had 4 jets that did not work, and the couch was so uncomfortable for sitting on, not sure if it is time for new furniture or if the stuff in the unit was just not designed for comfort.

Room Tip: There are a lot of timeshare resorts in the Branson area that are more up to date

Upon arriving we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom presidential suite with a breathtaking view. I loved the enclosed porch that made it able for us to sit outside and keep the bugs out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had with the place was the junior bedroom's bathroom would leak water from the light but we called and the maintenance guys came out right away. The lake was beautiful, we took a paddle boat and a rowboat out on it. Definitely worth it! And the pool was nice also with friendly people playing volleyball.

This resort was a great, relaxing stay for our family of 5 (kids age 5, 4, and 2). They enjoyed the hiking trail, the Lake, and especially the Pedal-boats! We went the weekend of August 16 and it was not crowded at all. Not a bad drive to Silver Dollar City. If you want tickets to Silver Dollar City, go to reservebranson.com, they have great discounts! Also, try Shirley's Diner in Kimberling City. They had a great small-town feel and wonderful food at cheap prices! We did stay in the Presidential area and we requested a room on the top floor (a must!). The pool looked wonderful, but unfortunately it was unseasonable cool during our stay so we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall, a great getaway!

Room Tip: Ask for Presidential Condo and a top floor

I am a silverleaf owner and have only stayed at this resort once. I much prefer the one in Hollister, Mo. I didn't stay in the presidential (which I hear are much nicer). I had to walk down a hill with stairs carrying a small kid and luggage. There were wasps outside our door. It was clean. I'm just not a fan of this resort

We stayed in a 2 bedroom presidential suite at Ozark Mountain. The room was plenty big but could use some updating. The staff is the best part of the resort. They are all very friendly and helpful. We had a water leak from the water heater and maintenance came right away to fix the problem and gave us a de-humidifier. My kids loved all of the activities, swimming, tennis, mini golf, archery, games, movies, and paddle boating. Overall, it was a fun experience. Also the location is nice as it is only 15 min away from Silver Dollar City and you don't have all of the Branson traffic either.

We stayed at this resort through our Silverleaf Timeshare for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. When we wanted to grill outside the grate on the grill was rusted, so we called and they sent someone with a newer one right over. We appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
We did lots of activities like tennis, archery, swimming (huge pool w/ basketball and vollyball nets!), paddle boats at the marina, and mini golf. We also rented games to play in our condo. Didn't turn the tv on once, and had a great time. The Wednesday night taco bar was delicious, and we loved the whirlpool bathtub in our room.
About 30-45 minutes from downtown Branson.

We stayed here as guests of friends in a 2 bedroom Presidential unit. Very nice, clean lodging. No wi fi in the unit. Resort is quite hilly and I would not recommend it for anyone having accessibility issues. There was a dock on premises. Table Rock Lake is beautiful.
