I stayed at this hotel on Tuesday night (Oct 3) until Wednesday morning (Oct 4). I woke up Wednesday morning with what appeared to be a reaction or red spots and a rash looking appearance on my arms and hands. I reported this to the front desk and he suggested bed bugs. I did not think this was a possibility as my boyfriend did not have anything on him. Went through the day and it wasn't getting better so we visited a local hospital to find out that it was bed bugs. We returned to the hotel and I spoke to the manager who was there. She was unconcerned and said there was no way this was true. I received a call this morning from her stating the maintenance crew found nothing and she would contact the health department. I still have not heard anything. She refused to give me the owners information and refused a refund as well. Clearly I am very disappointed in the handling of this situation and want others to be informed of what is going on.

Neighborhood in decline. Needs a remodel and better sheets, towels etc. Parking lot failing. A lot of locals hanging around back playing loud music. It's still in a good location and it gets a lot of Summer business.

The towels were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the vanity mirror was "broken". Loud noises in the hallway. A/C did not work very well.

Close to Starlight Theater. Price was okay, but you get what you pay for. Shower curtain had mold and the bathtub wasn't clean. There was a coffee pot In the room, but no coffee. Neither of us good breathe very well during the night. There may have been pets in the room previously.
