THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! & I am in customer service. The Lady gave me the run around for about a month when trying to reserve rooms for my wedding. Her name was Penne. She told me that she didn't have time to deal with me. She told my sister-in-law to hurry up with giving her the credit card number. She hung up on my fiance. So I called back, & asked to speak to the owner of the building. He YELLED at me!!! He told me to SHUT UP & LISTEN!!!! AWFUL, AWFUL AWFUL!!!

OH...I never even went into the building. This was all on the phone. If that is what it is like on the phone, I would hate to see what it is like in person!

Though it was economical, the mattress was less-than-comfortable. At the counter, it was speedy but the associates weren't overly-professional; they were distracted and engaged in personal conversation during our check-in. Yet, the office manager seemed to quickly respond after sensing our objection to the unprofessional conduct...

Nice staff, clean and inexpensive. Great experience for what we needed. Just needed a place to sleep and shower and get on about our day. Thank you Motel 6 Jeff City!

This was a typical Motel 6 and it did it's purpose for us for the night. We stayed here as we were passing through town. There were a few minor issues such as no clock in the room, no kleenex in the room, and only one trash can was a bit inconvenient. I would have liked a breakfast in the morning...but we knew ahead of time there wasn't so we brought along a few donuts we could eat before we hit the road in the morning. Also, no pool, but for us it wasn't a big deal because we were just using the room to crash overnight. But there were plenty of good things...there was a microwave and fridge in the room which is really a plus!!! There was a large counter/desk area that was handy. The room was really clean and there were plenty of power outlets which was perfect for us with 2 computers being used. And there was an elevator which is really important for us as we were traveling with my mom who is physically challenged.
I would stay there again for sure!! It was a comfortable clean room that was really affordable.
