We stayed here while attending a family wedding recently - and it was out of this world! The quality of the rooms, furnishings and fittings was top of the range, with little touches that made all the difference. Some rooms are arranged around an open courtyard (almost motel-like) and felt like the Riviera; others were more enclosed. the restaruant served an excellent menu. The staff couldn't ahve done more to make us feel at home and welcomed.

A most unexpected find! Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apparo Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable the showers were wonderful!! We had a fantastic dining experience in the restaurant which was buzzing with atmosphere, the staff were very attentive and friendly.
A wonderful breakfast the next morning and the host could not have been more pleasant.

I was travelling with Lady who is the manageress of a factory I do represent and of course I wanted to impress her with a good selection of hotels and restaurants during the week.
With Apparo I really achieved my aim
The restaurant was fabulous and the rooms very nice and cosy
the people friendly and helpful. Exactely what we need after a long busy day.

We booked at quite late notice but thankfully the staff we very accomodating and although the main restaurant was full they had room for us in the small front restaurant.

The food was lovely, the only issue I had was that my starter of spicy chicken was extremely garlicy and not incredibly spicy. The main course was gorgeous - sirloin steak mushrooms and pepper sauce and the creme brulee desert was to die for.

The restaurant has a lovely enterance and it is handy to get parked outside the door. The decor is interesting, quiet understated with a cosy atmoshere.

We stayed until 11, although the other diners had moved on and the staff were clearing up they didn't rush us or make us feel like we had to leave.

I also thought the food was reasonably priced for the quality. ENJOY

Have dined here quite a few times now and have yet to be dissapointed. Beautiful food, friendly staff. Sunday lunch is great value but can be very busy at peak times. We booked the private function room for our group booking which was great as we had small kids so we had room for our buggies etc and didnt annoy any other guests. Will def go back.

I had my hen party at apparo and our experience there made the whole evening one of the best I've ever had. Their were 12 people in my party and we requested we have our food served in the little hut in the garden. When we arrived it had been decorated for the 'hen'. The only word to describe it was magical. The food was amazing, the staff friendly and helpful and the hotel itself just unbelievable. Fantastic value for money and I will definately return. The breakfast was a fry and it was lovely also. Every one in the party had a positive experience here. The staff went out of their way to help us.
