Went in at 1:40 for lunch. Short wait for waitress, ordered all-you-can eat spaghetti (both of us, myself and friend of mine). At 1:48, waitress came out and told us that they were cooking some more "noodles" and would we mind the wait. Said no, no problem. At 2:08 another young lady came out and asked "she did tell you know that we had to cook more pasta?" I off-handedly told her that pasta cooks in seven minutes, it's ready to serve after that. She looked dumb-founded and asked "Really? Let me ask for sure." At 2:21 our bowls of spaghetti arrived. Wouldn't have minded the wait so much, but my bowl was 1/2 to 2/3 full of water in bottom. My buddys' bowl was all sauce, no water. Sauce was diced tomato sauce, best way to describe it. Spaghetti, as you have already guessed, very very overcooked. Don't blame them, I don't think they have ever been taught how to make something as simple as this.
