Ignore the five star reviews, they are obvious plants. Listen to the reviews that mention the horrific smells that seem like a mix of smoke, dollar store air freshner, and other unknown items.
I'm a 33 year old male and have done a lot of road trips over the years and stayed in a lot of budget motels. I can handle a lot of things, but the stench in our non smoking room was simply overpowering. Even after 2 hours neither my nose nor my wife's had "gotten used to it". When we walked in the lobby I had high hopes that the negative reviews were overblown, as it appears clean. I started to get concerned walking down the hall, as it was clean but I could smell some smoke. Then, I walked into our room and I gagged.
This hotel needs to crack down seriously on those who smoke in non smoking rooms, hit them with a serious fee, and then actually use the fee to deodorize the room professionally.
