We arrived and had to stand in line for roughly 45 minuted to get checked in. I felt bad for the girl at the front desk. It was apparent they were very understaffed for the busy weekend. It was 4pm and rooms were still not ready for the guest. People were instructed to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned. The girl was very sweet, but very overwhelmed and frustrated that she did not have the support she needed and that the rooms were not ready.
The room was clean and as expected, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. We only stayed two nights and I would not have need able to sleep on that bed for an extended time.
The first night was very loud. The room above us had screaming and stomping children and we could hear every step they took because the ceiling would make noise. I had a huge event to attend the next day and did not get a good night sleep. Very disappointing.
The second night, we arrived very late at night and both of our room keys would not work. We had to call the after hours number to get someone to reprogram the keys. We have no idea how both keys stopped working. Very inconvenient.
The value was good, but in this instance I got what I paid for. Not bad, not great. I might stay again it was a short trip and I was short on money.
