This is a brand new elegant tiny French bar with extensive wine offerings and champagne, as well. They can make a good martini and a prosecco with st germaine, too.No reservations but you can leave your name and go hang out at sister restaurant I Frattellini across the street. Worth the wait. We had the Gruyere Soufffle, Cured Salmon, and trio of Scallops to share small plates. Next time we'll bring our appetite. We did save room for a Chocolate Mousse with a Brandy Alexander. Terrific new addition to local restaurant scene!
