“Started out poorly, ended well”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2013

We went here with our team, a group of 29. We were seated though we were 2 seats short. We had a difficult time convincing the manager to move another small table to our area. We considered leaving, but he finally did the right thing. The food was wonderful, and our server, Nicki, was amazing. The manager bought our group cheesecake and apologized for starting off the way that he did, which was generous and his willingness to make things right, was even better. However, large groups, be cautious.

“If waiting, incompetence and dishonesty is the dish you seek . . .”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

Let's keep it simple . . .

Our reservation for 7pm was seated at 7:50pm.

Our time spent at the bar was met by someone who didn't know that ordering a scotch 'neat' meant without ice, but decided to tell me to speak up next time before he prepared a perfectly good drink that is only wasted because I didn't want to drink it -- served my girlfriend's Absolut martini as a Sapphire & tonic and also rolled his eyes as he told her to take a cue and speak up.

Service was so-so, neither well attending but not ignoring us. My Kobe burger was the same as her basic cheeseburger (this was meant to be a quick dinner) and our waitress couldn't tell the difference as she saw the same as us -- it was the same burger. Did we both get Kobe or both get bland, regular beef? We know it wasn't prime beef, soo . . .

No apologies from any staff after talking to the manager. And we are not the type to raise a fuss, but are dedicated foodies and critics and expect more from the chain and location.

I would definitely eat here again, but this isn't the first snobby and indifferent experience with this location . . . but memorable enough to mention here.

“Huge dishes”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

As usual, the Cheesecake Factory restaurant is big and everything in it is big, especially the dishes. I ate the Orange Chicken and it was great (also on the next day when I finished it)

“Needs some work / oversight.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2013

Our server seemed overburdened and when our entrée arrived, we notived that it came with little to no rice (Spicy Cashew Chicken). We pointed this out to our server and after about 10 minutes she brought out a very small cast iron tray with maybe 1/4 cup of rice. We did mention that my wife and I were splitting the dish, but the serving seemed smaller than a lunch serving and it lacked the rice. On the plus side, it tasted up to standard.

“Good food huge portions”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

Make sure you are hungry when you go very large portions. The meal was good and fairly priced. I would return.
