The only problem I have with Jason's Deli relates to the restaurants physical layout which requires patrons to jostle and squeeze by one another to get their salads, drinks or free ice cream. All of these items are located in one corner and people need to go in both directions in a small area which is a bit of a hassle. They do ask parents to accompany kids under 10 but it's impossible to monitor that rule at busy hours and we saw several young kids with their hands all over the nozzle of the ice cream machine. Needless to say, we skipped dessert....
The salad bar is excellent with a huge variety of toppings and garnishes and the sandwiches, pasta and soup are all tasty. They now offer gluten-free bread which is a real plus for my family members. They used to label the organic items on the salad bar but we noticed that the signs are now gone, which makes one wonder if they stopped using organic produce.
The restaurant is large and loud so don't go there for intimate conversation. It's great for what it is which is a cafeteria-style eatery with really good food.
