“Perfect for a romantic stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2011

My husband and I honeymooned here in march of 2009 and loved everything about our stay. Mike and Dee were gracious, and incredibly hospitable. The inn is settled back nicely away from the strip and gave a nice quiet getaway. Our wedding was an extremely budgeted affair, and we decided to "splurge" on where we stayed for our honeymoon. We were NOT disappointed.

Our weekend was very restful and stressfree. The setting was beautiful. Great hospitality.
The Mediterrean room was so beautiful with everything we needed. Excellent breakfasts. Will definitely come back!

We had the most amazing trip to visit our son at Teen Challenge in May 2011, and staying at the Anchor Inn was the icing on the cake! Mike and Dee exemplify hospitality -- you notice it the moment you walk in the front door, and by the time you leave, Anchor Inn feels like a second home. Beds are super comfy, the location is beautiful, and the food fabulous. Of course, at the top of the list is the company -- we loved visiting with Mike and Dee and the other guests, and yet at the same time we had plenty of privacy and often felt like we were in our own secluded location. We've stayed at many B&Bs over the years, but Anchor Inn is now at the top of our list. Thanks, Mike and Dee! We will definitely be back, and we will recommend your B&B to everyone we can. :)

I'm almost 60 with a younger wife and it'd be a BETTER idea to return for our 40th while we're still young enough to paddleboat on the lake-climb in and out of their new outside hot tub and in room airtubs--and of course experience and remember the first-rate hospitality of the nautical hosts, Mike and Dee Berry. Be sure to save room for the delighfully tasty FULL breakfast and snitch a few of their fresh daily chocolate chip cookies with afternoon or evening coffee or tea (a full assortment of cold beverages are waiting in frig if you like). Best of all, they'll freshen your room between nights while you're in Branson IF you remove your do not disturb sign you left on your inside door (from your hotel earlier in your stay on the strip in Branson). Anchor yourself for a wonderfilled stay on the lake with Mike and Dee Berry. Glenn and Terry from near Rochester,MN PS Fellow Minnesotans-pack the sunscreen for relaxing on the decks.

The host and hostess were great. We received breakfast when we wanted it. The rooms were amazing. The looked just like the pictures on their website. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic stay. Our room faced the lake and we got to watch the sun rise from our bed. We had a very enjoyable time and plan to visit again.

My husband and I came into Branson with a couple of our friends to go ziplining. Our friends and us got rooms here and were extremely pleased. From the moment we got there and were greeted by Dee, we felt at home. This is the only B&B that we have ever stayed at that had this level of hospitality. Their house is amazing...and it has a living room, dining room, kitchen...all at your disposal. We walked in to a warm smile and warm cookies! Our room was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our private deck. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation that we had with Dee and her husband Mike was great. This is an excellent B&B at an extremely affordable price. We WILL be back!!!

This is the best bed and breakfast/Inn we have stayed at. We travel quite a bit so have stayed at many different places and I can say without a doubt this is the most comfortable and inviting B&B we have stayed at. Our hosts, Dee and Mike, provide amazing hospitality and comfort! It truly is right on the lake and the views from every room are awesome! We plan to make this a regular weekend trip throughout the year!
