Lovely place...nice....close to everything...Good hotel, shows, and yummy restaurant. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We enjoy it every time we stay. We have been here about three times this year and keep coming back for more.

We stayed in the resort hotel, not one of the lodges. The carpet in the hallways and rooms was dirty. The toilet was stained. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The Splash-a-torium was fun and the club house had game tables. If it wasn't for a package deal, we would not have stayed here and will probably not return.

We have been coming to Branson twice yearly for several years. We always stay somewhere new, nothing has ever made me want to stay at the same place twice, until now. The staff was very helpful, and our room was very nice. There wasn't any pressure to tour the facility but there were perks if you wanted to. We enjoyed the hot tub in the Splashatorium and are looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy some of the outdoor amenities.

The staff at Welk Resort is way above par; so helpful, friendly, accommodating. The lady who helped us with our package reservations was so helpful in finding the most economical way for us to stay. The front desk and concierge were always helpful. The rooms and halls DO need remodeling and they are now beginning that process. It needs a freshen-up face. But all the amenities there are wonderful for the guests, esp. those with family or children. If you stay there, be sure you have time to enjoy the amenities. If not, it's not the place for you. It WAS the place for us and we will return.
